Malstrom’s is Oregon’s original civil process serving company and has been providing service to the legal and collections community since 1965. Our Process Servers are skilled, diligent and competent in the field of serving legal process.

Malstrom’s has developed a strong working relationship with many long-term clients. We offer you a professional and friendly staff that is here to help you with all of your process serving needs. All of our employees and process servers are well versed in the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure. In addition, If our process servers encounter any unusual circumstances, they will document everything and immediately provide you with the pertinent information.

We want to serve as an asset to the client and to always be available to answer any questions that you may have. Our process servers  serve legal cases for private parties, attorneys, small and large businesses, finance companies, collection agencies, public and government agencies.

Malstrom’s uses software that is specifically designed for service of legal process, and offers you the convenience of being able to check the status of all of your services online, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week! All you have to do is go to our status page and login. It’s as easy as that!! You will also receive an email confirmation, once service has been completed by one of our process servers.

Malstrom’s is within walking distance of the Marion County Courthouse, CT Corporation, Prentice Hall, and US Corporation Systems. We are also in close proximity to the office of the Oregon Attorney General and other State offices.
